The Counter Fraud Center (a company limited by guarantee with registration number 05393391 and registered office at 4 Ogidi Street, off Ladoke Akintola Way, Garki 2, Abuja) (“Counter Fraud Center”) makes the Database available subject to these terms and conditions.
By accessing any Database, or using any information within it, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not access the Database or use any content therein.
Changes to these terms – We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.
Changes to the Database – We may amend and/or update the Database from time to time and may modify its content. However, please note that any of the content in the Database may be out-dated and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that the Database or any content in it will be free from errors or omissions.
Accessing the Database – The Database is made available at an agreed cost. We do not guarantee that the Database or any content in it will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Database without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason any Data is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Database through your internet connection are aware of these terms and conditions and that they comply with them.
Intellectual Property Rights – We have rights to make the Database and the content within them available (including rights of ownership, and/or rights of access to, intellectual property rights). The Database and its content are protected by laws and treaties relating to copyright and database rights around the world. All such rights are reserved.
Your use of the Database – We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to access the Database and use the content available as follows for your own internal, non-commercial purposes. You may:
- make a reasonable number of printed and/or digital copies of content within the Database as are reasonably required in connection with your own internal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you shall not modify or amend any such copies;
- publish or distribute the content in them, acting reasonably and at all times only in accordance with your own internal, non-commercial purposes;
- not sell or otherwise commercially exploit any of the Database or its content;
- not remove or alter any copyright or similar notice in any of the content in the Database;
- not make any use of the Database or any content therein which breaches any applicable law, including without limitation, any infringement of intellectual property rights.
Should you wish to make any other use of the Database and/or its content, advance permission will be required from us.
If you do anything in breach of these terms and conditions, your right to access the Database and use of its contents thereof will cease immediately and you must destroy any copies that you have made.
In so far as any Database contains the personal data of any individual or any contact details for any individual or organization, you will not use any of the same (directly or indirectly) to send unsolicited direct marketing communications via any medium.
No reliance – The content in the Database is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely on. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content of the Database. The inclusion of any content in our Database does not comprise of an endorsement with third party products or services.
Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information in the Database, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied that its content is accurate, complete or up-to-date. The Database is provided on an “as is” basis.

- loss of anticipated savings;

- any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Links to third party websites – In some instances, the content in the Database includes links to third party websites. We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked to the Database. Such links should not be interpreted as an endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from using them.
Linking to our Database – Should you wish to link to any Database or any content therein, you require advance consent from us. Please contact us using the details below to seek consent. In the absence of such consent, you may not link to any part of the Database, nor frame any part thereof. Database content about you – If any of the information is about you or your organization, please contact us using the details below should you wish to amend the content to correct any inaccuracy, or remove it from our Database.
Applicable law – These terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation are governed by Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Both parties agree that the courts of Nigeria will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of the same.
